Paul Whitley heads the group, bringing 40 years’ experience of leading the company with numerous successful developments both in London and across the UK.

His particular expertise is in the development of the project brief and design strategy and in securing planning consents. Paul has an impressive track record of achieving the right planning consent.

Paul has a detailed understanding of planning policies and the legal context of the development. He also acts as arbitrator to resolve construction disputes.

Charles is an expert property development analyst, successfully understanding the potential and viability that leads to our acquisitions.

Following acquisition Charles has a continued involvement in managing the profitability of a project through planning and implementation stages.

Charles is an architect with over 15 years’ experience on a wide range of projects both in the UK and internationally.

Barbara has 10 years’ experience in sourcing sites and conducting first stage research on feasibility. She is the first point of contact for establishing and maintaining relationships with estate agents and landowners to source new investment opportunities.

REBECCA MAIR

Rebecca has been part of the team for 8+ years and is specialized in the implementation of complex urban schemes.

She recently successfully completed two residential projects in Camden and Clerkenwell and is currently managing a project for 15 flats in Highbury.

Gloria has been part of the team for 5+ years and is specialised in the resolution of complex development issues.

Gloria has provided detailed feasibility proposals for several recent acquisitions. She is currently managing a project for 250 dwellings in Addlestone.
