For over two decades – initially as European Urban and now as Re-creo – we have acquired sites, gained planning consents, undertaken design, managed developments, and secured pre-sales or pre-lets prior to construction and/or purchase.

Typically, we work in joint venture with third party investors. Their funding commitments complement our role in the sourcing, acquisition and management of the development. Smaller projects we finance directly.
